Privacy Policy

Summary

Manafish AS (“Manafish”, “we”) collects minimal personal data through this website. We do not run any third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell data.

What we collect

• Waitlist sign-ups. Our waitlist form is hosted by Tally (tally.so/r/lbO29k). When you sign up, the information you submit is processed by Tally and forwarded to us. See Tally’s privacy policy for details on their processing.
• Free resource requests. When you request a free guide, you join our email list: we store your email address, which guide you requested and when, and we send you the guide plus occasional news about Manafish (legal basis: consent). The request form states what we send and how often, and we store the exact wording you saw and the time you requested, so we can prove consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by contacting us. We keep this data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Emails are sent through our hosting provider, Lovable.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we will see your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep short-term technical access logs (such as IP addresses and request paths) for security and operational reasons.

What we do not collect

We do not set advertising cookies, do not run third-party analytics, and do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

Your rights

Under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email mathias@updates.manafishrov.com.
